We evaluate each candidate on an objective basis according to a qualitative and structured approach.
1- Contact by phone
We validate the suitability of the candidates in relation to our search criteria and their motivations.
2- In-depth interview
Selected candidates are met individually by one of the partners. The interview focuses on their career, the extent of the position, their skills, their personality and their motivations.
We evaluate how well they fit with the position and its possible evolution by considering their future career plan in the short, medium and long term and taken into account the following aspects: type of job function, organization, structure, scope of the position, the national and international dimension.
This interview is the initial contact of candidates with our clients. We are aware of our role as representatives and we are committed to the quality and confidentiality of this meeting. The interviews are conducted in a respectful, courteous manner and follow strict rules of non-discrimination and respect for privacy.
3- Presentation of candidates
We report on progress by sending reports and weekly phone updates. At the end of the interview process, we select the best candidates and send you their dossier with our evaluation.

4- Your meetings with the candidates
We keep track of meetings and keep candidates informed as their application is processed. We provide systematic feedback on every interview.
