AIMINGSIGHT WAS BORN FROM JULIE DOUIEB AND MARIE-NOËLLE POZZO DI BORGO’S SHARED VISION OF RECRUITMENT BY DIRECT APPROACH.

Aimingsight was born when Julie Douieb and Marie-Noëlle Pozzo di Borgo met in 2004. Their common vision of executive search, their shared ambition and their intellectual collaboration is the formula that makes the consultancy work so well.

“Deciphering needs, understanding organizations and strategies, detecting potential, discovering and supporting talent have motivated me since the start of my career.

After a professional experience in education and training, it was because of an interest in demanding work environments and finding and supporting talented people that I joined an international recruitment consulting firm in 2004.

I met Julie there and very quickly, we wanted to create a business linked to rich human relationships, agility and creativeness. Our approach to executive search, counselling and coaching combines analysis, strategy and searching for innovative solutions.”

Marie-Noëlle Pozzo di Borgo holds a doctorate in Human Resources Management and a Masters in American and British Language, Literature and Civilization from La Sorbonne. She trained as a coach at ESSEC and is certified coach practitioner RNCP. She has 19 years of professional experience.

I met Marie-Noëlle when I had just joined the Real Estate and Construction department of a large international firm.

Very soon, in 2005, we wanted to create an executive search firm that was like us, committed to a close and lasting relationship with clients and candidates.

Our executive consulting activity is an extension of this: we provide professionals with our in-depth knowledge of companies in different sectors and our ability to accompany each career path with rigor and empathy. “

Julie Douieb has a doctorate in Human Resources Management and a double Masters in Sociology and Philosophy from La Sorbonne. She trained to coach managers and in leadership development techniques at ESCP and in coaching at HEC. She has 18 years of professional experience.
