Aimingsight Executive Coaching is the new support service for all business sectors. We have developed this offer at the request of the companies and professionals that we work with and whom we guide in a variety of situations of professional or personal development.

Our role is to lead professionals towards the goal they have defined. We encourage them to take a step back from their role, to get to know themselves better, to discover their potential, to gain confidence and to access new resources.

We offer professionals support, via their company or directly, adapted to their situation and their needs. Coaching to guide them in their personal development and the discovery of their own resources, consulting services to convert objectives into everyday actions.

 

Our knowledge of the company, our experience and our practice of consulting and coaching, our rigorous methodology, the compassionate and respectful space we give you to speak, the quality of the relationship that we share, allow us to support you effectively and rapidly.

The partners’ and coaches’ interactions take place in strict compliance with the practices and ethics defined by professional coaching federations. There are six stages:

  • Reciprocal choice of coach and client,
  • Understanding the need,
  • Contract,
  • Three-way kick-off meeting with the client and the sponsor or first session with the client if the service is requested directly,
  • Working sessions between coaching sessions,
  • Final three-way meeting or last working session with the client if the service is direct.

Thomas’s PPA Behavioral Assessment, approved by the British Psychological Society (BPS), is a specific self-awareness tool. It describes our behavior in a work situation. It is particularly suitable for working on behavioral suitability, personal development, communication and performance management.
