Quickly, we wanted to create a recruitment consultancy that reflects who we are, committed to close and lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Julie Douieb has 15 years of professional experience, has a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and a double Masters in Sociology and Philosophy.

Marie-Noëlle Pozzo di Borgo

Passionate about understanding organizations, strategies and career paths, Marie-Noëlle Pozzo di Borgo is focused on analysis and reflection. She likes listening, deciphering needs, detecting potential, discovering talent. “I like executive search because it is a rigorous exercise that combines analysis and strategy with creativity, and it gives you the opportunity to think outside the box,” says Marie-Noelle. For her, the essence of the business is to bring together companies and talents, it is essential to have the tools to understand each other.
After a first experience in education and training, it was because of this interest in demanding work environments, finding and assisting candidates that she joined the world of recruitment, dedicated to major Real Estate and Construction accounts in an international firm.
For more than 13 years, she and Julie Douieb have been a creative and exacting duo, agile and thoughtful, conscious of the wealth of human relationships and the added value they bring in counseling and accompanying the various parties that they work with.

Marie-Noëlle Pozzo di Borgo has 17 years of professional experience, holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s degree in Anglophone Literature and Civilization.
